We moved my mother who is, 76 years old, to Arizona from California.  I hadn't used movers ever before and was worried that my daughter, mom, and I wouldn't be able to carry her furniture down from her 3rd floor condo.  In addition, my mother has a hard time with downsizing.  I knew that she would have large and heavy boxes filled with everything she has ever owned.  Lastly, the service elevator was shaky and felt as if it was going to stop working at anytime.  Not something we wanted to deal with during a move. Michael and Beka arrived on time and were very professional!  They wasted no time, assessed the UHaul truck size (which was potentially not big enough because I underestimated how much stuff she has) and all of my mom's belongings.  They wrapped and disassembled all the furniture, stacked everything properly, and stabilized everything with tie downs so that nothing would move during the drive to AZ.  They finished before the 2 hour minimum!  They were worth every dollar!  I would hire them again over and over!  Good luck with your move and I hope you try this company out, you won't regret it!

Michael and his team (Ilya and Ilya) were amazing. I needed to move from LA to NorCal over a weekend. The quote was no hassle, no hidden fees, which included Michael packing up our kitchen. And nothing broke! Other moving companies needed a site visit or required an itemized list which brought initial quotes of $2400 to over $3100 (and the additional items were NOT worth $700, additional boxes would be more, and packing up the kitchen would be extra). I gave the exact list of items to Michael over email (he didn't require it but I got nervous) and he said that and more PLUS packing the kitchen PLUS a few of their boxes for excess stuff would be less at the upper range of the quote. Basically they charge by the size of truck you need rather than how many boxes or pieces of furniture you have. It's a way better system. The whole team was so lovely, polite, professional, and hardworking. They packed up our stuff in LA in about 5.5 hours and the next day arrived in NorCal and unpacked in about 3 hours. They had to disassemble and reassemble our bed, and that happened without issue. It was luxurious to be able to sit and rest once in a while cleaning up our old apartment or unpacking stuff in our new one knowing that such professional movers were taking care of us. Moving is so stressful, but Michael and his team really made it a feel totally doable, and I was able to go to work the next day! Highly highly recommend!

My family and business had a very positive experience with Pacific Coast last year. Had a big move out of LA and went with one company to move my family and the business. They were very careful with the small expensive office equipment and  the end result was perfect. Would definitely use again if I was moving back to the west coast.
